The Victor Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Victor Swim Club to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

TEAMS: Swimmers are placed into small team groups based on their age and experience level.

White Team:
This is a short-term membership so that swimmers and their parents can try out the Swim Club and decide if it right for them.

Blue Team:
This is for swimmers younger than 11. Swimmers will be taught the four competitive strokes, work on developing racing skills, and increase their endurance. A minimum of two practices per week is recommended

Gold Team:
For experienced swimmers older than 10. Focus is on strengthening the four competitive strokes and technique work, with emphasis on the intensity of workouts, longer distances, and strength training. A minimum of three practices per week is recommended.

Gold II: This team is for swimmers who are older than 10 and are experienced competitive swimmers. The focus is on improving technique and training & racing at a high level. There is an emphasis on intensity of workouts, strength training, and morning & weekend practices. A minimum of 4 practices / week are required. All entrants into this group must be approved by the Head Coach and the Head Senior Coach.
