VICTOR SWIM CLUB MISSION STATEMENT:

The Victor Swim Club is dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment which will empower young athletes to reach their full potential, while fostering goal-oriented team values and inspiring a passion for lifelong fitness and leadership.

Fundamental Principles:

• Provide an environment where work ethic is valued, appreciated, and celebrated.
• Create opportunities for leadership, at every level of the program.
• Instill a genuine, authentic joy for being a great teammate.
• Inspire self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.
• Promote the importance of academic success.
• Prepare our athletes for the collegiate level.
• Challenge our swimmers to see adversity as an opportunity.  
• Foster healthy relationships with parents, athletes, coaches, and volunteers.

The Victor Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Victor Swim Club to offer age/performance-specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities. 

We use the swimmers' age to establish an initial group in which they swim. Based on performance and evaluations the swimmer will then be placed in the appropriate group.
